RATES:
$1350/week for 1-3 adults/older children.
For stays of less than one week the rate is $210/night with a 4 night minimum stay.
In addition there is an out cleaning fee of $80.
Please inquire about discounts for longer stays.

TAXES:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%:
General Excise Tax ( GET ) of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT ) of 7.25%.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.

CHECK-IN: after 3pm (please make arrangements for late check in in advance)
CHECKOUT : no later than 11am ( unless other arrangements have been made)

Tara Cottage is appropriate for adults desiring a secluded, peaceful environment with few distractions. While stereo and TV are available for guests’ enjoyment, it is requested that they respect the tranquility of the property at all times, especially after 10pm. Smoking is only permitted outdoors on the lanai.
